Local, sustainable, delicious. Manuka Wellbeing have been celebrating the honey bee for a generation over, harnessing and sharing their healthy and delicious taonga to the planet in a way that would make even the most regal of bees proud.
Manuka Wellbeing approached us for what would turn out to be the metaphorical “Manuka” to their honey brand—A visual X Factor that differentiates premium, ethical, environmentally sound honey from their competitors.
They were selling honey, but that wasn’t enough for the beautifully ambitious enterprise.
To accentuate their unique point of difference we delivered a refined brand identity that would carry across a new website, online store, and our personal favourite: packaging. In order to effectively engage with Manuka Wellbeing’s target consumers it was imperative we respected the historical origins of the brand, while introducing concepts that encompass contemporary design values.
From blossom to jar, every decision made has been a commitment to Manuka Wellbeing’s kaupapa of transparency, quality, and environmental sustainability. We are proud to call ourselves friends of this high end yet homegrown brand.
